Earlier science and spirituality used to be considered as two opposite parts of life. Belief in one meant disbelief in another but time went on and the terms have been expressed together. Today science defines spiritualism and vice versa.
After the World War II, industrial revolution began. Europe and America proved themselves a step ahead than the rest part of the globe. Sophisticated technologies made the world amazed and we easterners were not the exception. Our identity began to fade and we became the captives of the materialistic world. Then there was no option left for us than believing what the westerns and the Americans said
.we never hesitated to be the destroyers of our own beliefs and even called them as superstitions. Just to create a false identity we became the blind supporters of the westerners and the Americans. But the happiness provided by science was just a fantasy and it did not last longer. Slowly people of the west began to feel emptiness in their lives despite the advanced science inventions. And they realized the significance of spiritualism. Today spiritualism has started to rule the world. Meditation is being practiced in west and some of the educational institutes train their students the art of meditation. Meditation was practiced by our ancestors right from the beginning of the civilization. Some orthodox people in our society still think meditation as worthless thing; more often meditative people are hated and misbehaved. What a pity! .These so called modern people are dominating the society.

Science has proved the law of conservation of energy, spiritualism says that we all are soul and soul is the energy. If we combine them both soul is an immortal energy that can be transformed one form to another .so let’s transform this energy to the supreme level. Let’s not let the westerners and the Americans be a step ahead again because this time the creation is ours and we deserve to lead not to follow.

First of all thanks for writing such a nice article by encouraging readers to have pride in their ancestors and the science and art of living that eastern civilization has given. Moreover i am really convinced the writer has given from historic past to present.
Well said. I have been living in US for almost a decade now. Many people from this part of the world are traveling to the East to find peace of mind. Materialism based on Science and technology have failed to give inner peace; even though people have money, things of luxury and so called successful career. Spirituality is the ultimate answer for peace, joy and happiness.
I really appreciate this article to correlate physical laws with spiritualism. Still the the world and life is mysterious. No one can knows absolutely
